These Terms of Service and Refund Policy (“Agreement”) govern your use of services provided by Team High Quality Service Consultant and Immigration Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

đź”· 1. Nature of Services

We provide non-legal administrative services only, including:

  • Document preparation

  • Translation services

  • Immigration form assistance (clerical only)

  • General administrative support

We are not a law firm and are not authorized to provide legal advice or representation under the laws of the State of Florida or the United States.

đź”· 2. No Legal Advice or Attorney-Client Relationship

  • We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal strategies

  • Use of our services does not create an attorney-client relationship

For legal matters, you should consult a licensed attorney or an accredited representative recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice.

đź”· 3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information

  • Review all documents before submission

  • Assume full responsibility for all submitted materials

  • Comply with all applicable laws

đź”· 4. Fees and Payment

  • All fees are disclosed prior to service

  • Payment is due as agreed before or at the time services begin

  • Work may begin immediately upon payment

đź”· 5. Strict No-Refund Policy (Florida-Compliant Clause)

General Rule

All fees paid to the Company are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Acknowledgment of Services

By submitting payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Services may begin immediately upon payment

  • Fees are earned upon commencement of work and allocation of resources

  • Administrative time, labor, and expertise are non-recoverable

No Refund Under Any Circumstances (With Legal Safeguard)

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of Florida:

  • No refunds shall be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind

    • Delays or dissatisfaction

    • Application denials or outcomes

    • Failure to use completed services

    • Client error or failure to provide information

Limited Exception (Required by Law Only)

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • Required by applicable law, or

  • The Company, in its sole discretion, determines that no services were provided

Any approved refund will be limited to the portion of services not performed, if applicable.

đź”· 6. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee outcomes. Decisions are made solely by government agencies, including U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

We are not responsible for delays, denials, or requests for additional evidence.

đź”· 7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree to contact us first to resolve any issue.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may:

  • Be considered a breach of this Agreement

  • Result in immediate termination of services

  • Be contested with supporting documentation

đź”· 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of Florida:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind

đź”· 9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or terminate services at our discretion

  • Terminate services for false information, non-payment, or misuse

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

đź”· 10. Compliance with Laws

We operate in compliance with applicable federal laws and the laws of the State of Florida.
Clients agree to use services only for lawful purposes.

đź”· 11. Modifications to Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Updates are effective upon posting.

đź”· 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located within Florida.
