A Personal Journey. A Purpose-Driven Business.

I was born in Haiti and moved to Miami when I was about ten years old. Growing up in the United States as part of an immigrant family shaped the way I see the challenges that individuals and families face when trying to understand unfamiliar systems, complete important paperwork and move toward a better future.

Those experiences stayed with me. They helped inspire my commitment to building a business where people can feel respected, heard and supported as they take meaningful steps in their lives.

Why I Started THQS

I started THQS because I believe that people should not feel overlooked or overwhelmed when they need reliable administrative support. Whether someone is preparing important documents, starting a business, planning for their family or exploring new opportunities, the process can feel complicated. Having someone who listens, communicates clearly and pays attention to details can make a real difference.

My goal was to create a place where individuals, families and businesses could receive thoughtful, professional assistance built on patience, organization, honesty and accountability. As the vision grew, so did the ways we could support the people and communities we serve.

Why This Work Matters to Me

For me, THQS is more than a business. It represents the opportunity to help others feel more confident and prepared when facing important moments in their lives. I know how meaningful it can be to have someone explain the administrative steps, help organize information and treat your goals with seriousness and respect.

I also believe that opportunity should not be limited by where a person was born, the language they speak or the community they come from. That belief is at the heart of our commitment to welcoming people of every nationality, culture and background.
