Welcome to THQS Career Pathways

Illustrative multicultural candidates and mentors collaborating across healthcare, engineering and business.

Welcome to THQS Career Pathways

Connect ambition with experience. Explore careers, build skills and create opportunities across fields.

Start a partnership conversation

We welcome enquiries from businesses, schools, universities, hospitals, research teams and community organizations. Tell us what you can offer: employment, internships, research, mentoring, shadowing, career-day speaking or separately funded scholarships.

Partnership enquiries are open. Private program enrollment and job browsing are not open yet. Each organization, opportunity and participant must complete the appropriate review before an introduction or start. No placement or funding is guaranteed.

Schools: request a conversationOrganizations: contact THQS
For career and learning partners

You define the role, qualifications, supervision, schedule, pay and required training. THQS coordinates review and potential introductions. Paid direct-employment hosts pay participants directly under written payroll terms.

Candidate recruitment, referral and placement are free to candidates. Partner services and fees require an agreed written scope. Sponsorship, housing, training funding and scholarships are optional unless required by applicable rules or specifically agreed; no support is assumed.

Organizations will review only specifically approved qualification summaries through the completed private process. Raw identity records and private contact information will not form a public candidate directory.

Review partnership information and questionnaire
For schools and universities

Help students understand a career before choosing their next step. Name an authorized coordinator, describe career interests and dates, and discuss your school's requirements with THQS. Research hosts and universities can participate as learning partners as well as referring institutions.

High school participants aged 16–17 need independent youth acknowledgement, verified guardian permission and applicable school/placement review. The THQS high-school GPA standard is 3.0/4.0 or a reviewed equivalent. Do not send student records through a public enquiry.

School rules and enquiry form
For college and adult candidates

Describe your interests, qualifications, experience and availability truthfully. Explore confirmed opportunities when released, review the actual terms and ask THQS to coordinate an introduction. Academic credit, scholarships and professional training acceptance need separate confirmation.

Recruitment, referral and placement carry no THQS candidate fee. Separately requested lawful immigration document support requires its own scope and fee. A job offer or pending petition alone does not authorize work.

For high school candidates and families

Explore with support from your guardian, counselor and a responsible host. Confirm supervision, permitted duties and hours, transportation, communication choices and any pay before a start. Speak up about bullying, unsafe tasks or privacy concerns.

Know an organization that could open a door?

Companies, schools, universities and community organizations are welcome to recommend a potential Career & Learning Partner. Introduce THQS to an organization interested in employment, internships, research, mentoring, shadowing, career-day participation or scholarships.

Share our welcome-page link with the organization, or send THQS its public business name, website, proposed opportunity and your relationship to it. Provide a person's contact details only with their permission. Do not send student records or private candidate information.

THQS independently reviews each referral. A recommendation does not establish a partnership, guarantee an opportunity or authorize record sharing. No referral reward or commission is offered by this page.
