A coordinated pathway for your students
Share your school's goals, preferred season and career interests. THQS reviews the school and its authorized representative.
Confirm responsibilities, school requirements and a private referral process before sending any student records.
Each completes their own steps. Youth acknowledgement and verified parent/guardian consent are both required, along with counselor documentation.
Discuss actual duties, supervision, hours, transportation and pay before accepting. A referral is not a guaranteed placement.
Clear pay. Clear expectations.
For paid placements, the hiring company pays the student directly. THQS coordinates referrals and does not receive or distribute wages. The company must confirm the pay rate, payment method, pay schedule, first expected payday and payroll contact before a paid start is approved.
Students and parents receive these details before acceptance. Schools receive authorized placement details. Direct deposit is available only if the company confirms it; banking details go through the verified employer's secure payroll process.
Students pay no THQS recruitment, referral or placement fee. Any unpaid educational proposal is identified separately and requires review. Scholarships and sponsorship support are offered only when separately confirmed.
Universities, hospitals & research hosts
Organizations offering supervised research, mentoring, shadowing or internships participate as Career & Learning Partners. Schools referring students use the school pathway. A host must state accepted ages, prerequisites, supervision, learning duties, dates and whether the opportunity offers wages, a stipend, reimbursement or no compensation. Each opportunity requires review before students are referred.
How THQS is paid: for an unpaid or stipend-based educational program, THQS may propose a separate host-funded coordination scope covering agreed sourcing, application review, scheduling and administrative support. The host and THQS must agree in writing on the services, price, payment milestones and cancellation terms before work begins. A stipend does not automatically create a THQS fee. No coordination price or charge is established by this page.
Students pay no THQS recruitment, referral or placement fee. THQS fees are separate from student wages, stipends and scholarships and are not deducted from them. If no host or other funding sponsor agrees to cover coordination, funding must be resolved before THQS promises that service. No confirmed research host, award or placement is advertised here.
School partnership rules
- Use authorized staff. Name a school coordinator and confirm the authority of anyone making referrals. Report staff changes promptly.
- Obtain permission first. Do not send student records until a verified private process and appropriate disclosure permissions are in place. Never sign for the youth or parent, create their passwords or share a staff account.
- Check readiness truthfully. The proposed high-school program standard is a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale or reviewed equivalent, plus a counselor participation letter. This is a THQS standard, not a government rule. Explain missing or alternative records.
- Protect information. Submit only necessary, authorized records. Do not send SSNs, passports, immigration files, bank details or medical records through this public page or ordinary email. School staff may view only their authorized referral information.
- Respect contact choices. Use the verified parent/guardian as the primary contact unless that guardian specifically authorizes youth phone, text or email contact. Marketing permission is separate.
- Review each placement. Confirm duties, supervision, safety, permitted hours, school attendance, transportation, pay and any required approvals before a start. Parent permission does not replace applicable labor or school requirements.
- Confirm pay in writing. The hiring company handles wages directly; THQS fees are separate. Inform the family of confirmed compensation and payroll arrangements. Do not describe an unpaid opportunity as paid.
- Report concerns. Notify THQS promptly of schedule changes, withdrawals, unsafe conditions, suspected false records or privacy incidents. For an immediate emergency, contact emergency services first.
- Make no guarantees. Referrals do not promise hiring, scholarships, visas or immigration outcomes. Do not charge students a THQS recruitment or placement fee.
The final school agreement will identify each party's responsibilities, permitted record sharing, term and withdrawal process. This public overview does not itself activate school access or authorize a student placement.

For principals, counselors and authorized school representatives. Required fields are marked *. Do not include student names or records. This is a partnership enquiry, not student registration or a portal account.
THQS will review the request and respond using the school contact details provided. Please do not submit it again. This does not create an account, school partnership or student placement.

Student applications & private school access
Coming soon. After school verification and agreement, named staff will receive individual invitations to the approved referral process. Students and parents will receive their own application and consent steps. An account alone will not authorize access to other students' records.
