Nonlegal services

THQS is not a law firm. Website information is general service information, not legal advice. Immigration work is limited to permitted client-directed typing, organization and administrative assistance. We do not determine eligibility, select legal remedies, provide legal strategy or represent clients before agencies or courts.

Your service agreement

A signed service agreement or confirmed written quote identifies the work, fees, required client information and delivery arrangements. Website browsing alone does not engage THQS for a service. Consultation appointments require confirmation. Payments, uploads and signatures should be used only through the channels THQS confirms for your service.

Deposit and private access

After consultation and acceptance of the written service contract, clients may choose full payment or a 50% initial payment where the agreement offers that plan. Detailed private service packets are released only after THQS verifies the signed contract and cleared required payment and approves the account. The remaining 50% is due at the agreed milestone before client-authorized filing or dispatch, or final creative delivery/launch. Government and third-party fees are separate. Account creation alone does not unlock private materials. A deposit does not authorize automatic collection of a later balance.

Accurate information and client review

You must provide truthful, complete information and review prepared work before signing or submitting it. THQS does not invent stories, fabricate evidence or guarantee approval, timing, traffic, sales or other outcomes. Clients remain responsible for their own statements; this does not excuse THQS from duties imposed by applicable law.

Pricing and third-party costs

Prices are subject to change. Your confirmed written quote or signed agreement governs your service fees. Government, registration, subscription, domain, hosting, printing and other third-party charges are separate. See the Refund Policy.

Creative work and website content

Rights and deliverables for commissioned work are set out in the service agreement. You must have permission to supply logos, photos, music and other materials. Gallery concepts are illustrative unless identified as permission-cleared completed work. Do not reuse THQS artwork without permission; third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Respectful, lawful use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with security or submit unlawful content. External platforms and receiving authorities control their own requirements. If a legal question arises, consult an authorized attorney or accredited representative.
