THQS CAREER CONNECTIONS

Career Pathways & Talent Partnerships

Different talents. More career possibilities.

Illustrative career imagery

COMING SOON

We are building a Florida-based network across healthcare, technology, engineering, business, hospitality, skilled trades and other fields. Explore employment, career learning and sponsorship consideration where a verified Career Partner offers it. Applications open only after opportunities and the private workflow are ready.

Help connect talent with opportunity.
Partnership proposals for companies, hospitals, schools, universities and community leaders.

Partner With THQS — View Proposals

For schools: Partnership enquiries and school rules are available here. Student enrollment and private referrals remain closed pending verification and workflow testing.

Who pays the candidate? For paid placements, the hiring company pays the student or candidate directly. THQS coordinates referrals and does not distribute wages. Before acceptance, the company must confirm the pay rate, payment method, pay frequency, first payday and payroll contact. Students and parents receive those terms; schools receive authorized placement details.

Youth participation: both the youth and verified parent/legal guardian must sign. The guardian chooses whether routine phone, text and email updates go to the parent only, to the youth with the parent included, or directly to specifically authorized youth channels. Marketing permission is separate.

Opportunities for different stages and backgrounds. U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents and other work-authorized candidates are welcome. Candidates who need sponsorship or authorization before starting may express interest in appropriate future opportunities; no U.S. employment begins without lawful authorization. Partners describe job-related qualifications and sponsorship capacity, rather than selecting people by nationality or unjustified citizenship preferences.

FOR CAREER PARTNERS

Find talent. Build opportunity.

Tell us the role, skills and support your organization can offer. THQS coordinates candidate information, consent-based introductions and interview follow-up.

  • Employment, internships, mentoring and community involvement.
  • Partners welcome with or without sponsorship.
  • Recruitment fees and any optional support confirmed in writing before commitment.

Coming Soon. Private applications open after verification and workflow testing.

Explore partnership details

Connect with candidates across career fields, with THQS coordinating qualification information, introductions and interview follow-up. Tell us the skills, experience and opportunities that matter to your organization. Partners are welcome with or without immigration sponsorship; optional mentoring, school visits and scholarships can extend your community impact.

OPTIONAL COMMUNITY & CAMPUS ENGAGEMENT

Share your experience. Open a new possibility.

Career partners may volunteer to introduce high school, undergraduate and graduate students to their field. Community involvement is optional and is not a condition of partnership, hiring or sponsorship.

Explore ways your organization could participate

Partners may express interest in any of the following:

  • High school career-day guest speaker
  • College or university career-day guest speaker
  • Career panel or classroom Q&A
  • Résumé, interview or career-skills workshop
  • Individual or group mentoring
  • Workplace tour or career demonstration
  • Scholarship discussion or other community support
  • Not participating at this time

Your scholarship, your proposed criteria: interested partners may specify eligible high school, undergraduate or graduate students; GPA; whether an essay is required and its topic or length; references, portfolio or interview; award amount and permitted use; deadline; selection panel and scoring; winner notification and renewal conditions. THQS and the sponsor must review and confirm written rules before an award is advertised. Scholarship participation is optional; no funding or winner is promised.

During partner intake, THQS will ask about the intended audience, career topics, speaker or mentor, virtual or in-person format, service area, availability, frequency, group size, accessibility needs, and any costs or support requested. Partners may decline an invitation or update their preferences.

THQS coordinates proposed activities with the school or institution and partner before anything is confirmed. School visitor rules, appropriate safeguarding and required permissions apply. Participation does not promise employment, admission, a scholarship or immigration sponsorship. No event or speaker is confirmed at this time.

Employer — Offer an Opportunity

What opportunities can your organization offer? Select all that apply.

Summer/year-round describe timing and can be combined with an internship, shadowing or employment choice. These preview choices are not saved or submitted. Record your choices in the downloadable questionnaire.

Coming soon: employer opportunity submissions are not open yet.

Candidate review and selection request

Proposed verified-employer access is limited to candidate-approved, staff-reviewed qualification summaries. Employers may request consideration by candidate ID and explain their job-related reasons: relevant education, experience, skills and training fit. No unrestricted browsing or direct access to personal records is offered.

The employer application will include a selection-reason field, role and compensation details, proposed start date, conditions and an offer/welcome-letter upload. THQS will contact the candidate; a selection request is not a confirmed acceptance or immigration approval.

Employer rules

  • Provide a verified company, genuine opening and accurate duties, qualifications, compensation, hours and benefits.
  • Use fair, lawful, job-related selection criteria and human hiring decisions. Respect employee choice of acceptable employment-verification documents.
  • Pay the agreed THQS recruitment fee directly. Do not deduct it from candidate wages or pass prohibited recruitment costs to candidates.
  • State sponsorship availability and who pays each visa, legal, program, housing and relocation expense. Do not promise government approval.
  • For internships and youth placements, document lawful duties, training, supervision, school coordination and safety requirements.
  • Use only candidate-approved qualification summaries; no unauthorized contact, onward sharing or access to private records.
  • Sign the employer agreement before recruitment services begin. Selection requests and website preferences do not themselves create a contract.

Benefits the employer must confirm

For each benefit, select Offered / Not offered / Depends on the role / Not yet confirmed. State eligibility, waiting period, employer contribution, candidate cost and any limits. Do not advertise unconfirmed benefits.

  • Retirement: 401(k) or other plan, employer match, eligibility and vesting.
  • Medical, dental and vision coverage; premiums and dependent coverage.
  • Paid vacation/PTO, sick leave, holidays and other leave.
  • Life and disability insurance; applicable workplace injury coverage.
  • Training, certifications, tuition reimbursement and professional development.
  • Housing, meals, transport, travel and relocation assistance.
  • Bonuses, shift differentials, overtime arrangements and flexible schedules.
  • Union representation or a collective bargaining agreement: covered role, applicable agreement, dues/fees where lawful and benefit information. Union coverage is not assumed or guaranteed.
  • Any separate sponsorship support, government/legal fee payments or immigration-related assistance.

The proposed offer/welcome letter must itemize only confirmed benefits and conditions. Full-time, part-time, intern and youth roles may have different eligibility. Plan documents, applicable agreements and law govern; the letter must not contradict them.

Employer-paid THQS recruitment fees

Candidates pay no THQS application, referral or placement fee. Employer terms are confirmed in a signed agreement before work begins.

  • Full-time direct hire: 15% of first-year base salary; $3,000 minimum.
  • Part-time direct hire: 15% of projected first-year base wages based on agreed hours; $1,500 minimum.
  • Paid internship coordination: $750 per intern.
  • Shadowing, unpaid educational or ongoing multi-placement programs: written employer quote after program review.

Direct-hire and paid-internship fees are invoiced after the candidate actually starts, with payment due 15 days after invoice unless a different written agreement applies. No placement/start means no success fee. Salary calculations exclude bonuses, overtime, housing, benefits and immigration costs; applicable taxes and third-party expenses are separately disclosed. No automatic payment or subscription is activated.

These fees cover agreed sourcing, candidate-supplied file review, introductions, interview coordination and up to 30 days of administrative onboarding coordination. They do not purchase a visa, guarantee performance or include government, attorney or designated-program-sponsor fees. Category-specific legal cost rules take precedence.

Employer payment, cancellation & refund policy

Before search work begins, sign a scope and fee agreement. Under the launch model there is no upfront search fee, retainer or subscription. The placement fee is invoiced only when the referred candidate actually starts, and is due within 15 calendar days unless the signed agreement provides otherwise. Interviewing, accepting an offer or planning a start date alone does not trigger the fee.

Cancel before actual start, or if the candidate never starts: no placement success fee; any mistakenly collected unearned payment is refunded. After actual start, the fee compensates the agreed recruitment service. THQS does not guarantee performance or employment duration; a later departure alone does not create an automatic refund or replacement obligation. Any replacement or special refund terms must be expressly agreed.

Billing errors, duplicate charges, unauthorized services and failure to perform agreed THQS services will be reviewed, with correction or refund of unearned/improper charges and any remedy required by law. No blanket waiver of legal rights. Contact info@teamhighqualityservices.com or 877-920-8477 with the invoice reference; do not email sensitive documents.

No automatic charge or recurring billing is activated by this policy.

Payment schedule preferences

Candidate wages or stipend: Weekly / every two weeks / twice monthly / monthly / other. Specify amount, currency, first payday and any stipend schedule. Applicable wage and pay-frequency rules control.

THQS agency invoices: After placement start / weekly / every two weeks / twice monthly / monthly / agreed milestones / other. State your proposed invoice due date and billing contact. This is a requested preference only; the signed employer agreement determines fees and payment triggers. THQS recruitment fees must not be deducted from candidate wages or passed to candidates where prohibited.

Tell us what you can offer

High-school opportunities: Would you host candidates aged 16–17? Yes / No / Depends on the role. If yes, identify paid summer work, structured internship or observation; duties, minimum age, hours and school compatibility; supervisor; safety measures and prohibited-task controls; parent/guardian and school coordination; transportation and any location-specific requirements.

Entry-level opportunities: Do you accept candidates with no previous work experience? Please specify entry-level, experienced candidates, or both; required training or credentials; and whether you provide training, mentoring and supervision.

  • Internship, observation/shadowing, or employment; full-time or part-time hours.
  • Paid, stipend or proposed unpaid educational arrangement; compensation and duration.
  • Required education, experience, licenses and practical language skills.
  • Supervision, mentoring, training and any academic-credit arrangements.
  • Housing, transport, travel or relocation support, including costs and duration.
  • Whether international candidates and immigration sponsorship are considered.

Employer questionnaire: sponsorship availability

Select one for this specific opening:

Offering a job or internship does not require an employer to offer green-card sponsorship. Financial help with visa costs, travel or housing is a separate question and does not itself establish sponsorship. Confirm all commitments in writing.

Preview only. These selections are not saved or submitted. Complete and save the downloadable employer questionnaire; online submissions remain Coming Soon.

Who covers the expenses?

For each opportunity, we will ask who pays government visa/petition fees, legal fees, program fees, credentials, licensing, travel, insurance and housing. Each benefit, limit and candidate responsibility must be confirmed in writing and comply with applicable law.

When would you consider green-card sponsorship?

Please state whether you would consider sponsorship from recruitment or hire, after a stated employment period or probation, or not at all. Specify any conditions, the proposed start of legal review, and which expenses you would cover. This is a request for your policy, not a promise of approval or completion by a particular date.

Separate immigration services: THQS does not charge candidates for job-search, referral or placement under this employer-funded program. If you separately request THQS client-directed immigration typing or document-organization services, those services have their own written scope, fee and agreement. They are not included in free recruitment and are not required to be considered for an opportunity. THQS does not provide legal advice or representation. Employer-required costs cannot be shifted to you where prohibited.

Candidate payment, cancellation & refund policy

THQS recruitment, application, referral and placement fees are $0. You may withdraw from future consideration without a THQS placement penalty. Any candidate recruitment fee collected by mistake will be corrected and refunded.

If you independently request lawful THQS immigration typing or document-organization services, a separate written scope, exact fee, payment schedule and cancellation terms must be agreed before work begins. This purchase is not a condition of recruitment. On cancellation, THQS itemizes authorized work actually performed and properly authorized nonrecoverable third-party expenses, and refunds the unused/unearned service balance. A deposit is not automatically wholly earned or nonrefundable.

Denial or delay by a government agency does not automatically require a refund for properly completed authorized work; it does not excuse THQS service failures. Agency/independent provider refund rules apply to fees actually remitted to them. Applicable rights and employer-cost restrictions remain controlling.

Request review using your service/invoice reference at info@teamhighqualityservices.com or 877-920-8477. Do not email sensitive records.

Candidate rules and THQS fees

  • $0 THQS application, referral and placement fees. No paid consultation, deposit or subscription is required to be considered.
  • Provide truthful information and genuine records. Explain missing documents; do not invent experience, grades or references.
  • Prepare for interviews, communicate respectfully and follow the actual role, licensing and work-authorization requirements.
  • Approve each employer referral and the information shared. Keep identity documents and contact details out of public messages.
  • Review the written role, pay, schedule, housing, sponsorship and expense terms before accepting. You may withdraw from consideration without a THQS placement penalty.
  • No job, interview, visa or green-card outcome is guaranteed.

Government, authorized program-provider, travel or housing costs are separate from THQS fees. No candidate expense is assumed or collected here; any lawful responsibility must be disclosed before acceptance.

High School Students 16–17 — Explore Opportunities

Tell us what interests you when the youth program opens:

  • Age-appropriate paid summer jobs.
  • Structured internships or job shadowing.
  • Part-time work compatible with school.
  • Career exploration and supervised learning.

Participation will require review of the actual duties, worksite, work authorization, school schedule and applicable child-labor rules. THQS will require parent/guardian involvement and any school approvals needed for this youth track. No private youth profile will be made publicly searchable.

Coming Soon: this youth track is under review. Registration, youth document collection and placements are not open.

Parent/guardian permission required

A parent or authorized legal guardian must sign a participation-consent form before the candidate enters the youth program. Candidates in this track also pay no THQS application, referral or placement fee and must follow the candidate rules: truthful records, respectful participation, review of the actual offer and permission before a referral. A separate placement-specific permission will identify the actual host, duties, dates, hours, supervision, transportation and compensation before any placement begins. A counselor letter does not replace this consent. Private signature collection remains Coming Soon.

Proposed high-school application standards

  • Age 16–17 and current high-school enrollment.
  • A GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, or an equivalent reviewed grading system. This is a proposed THQS program standard, not a universal legal or employer requirement.
  • A letter from the school counselor confirming enrollment, academic standing and support for the proposed work or shadowing schedule. The letter does not replace guardian consent, work authorization or required approvals.
  • A personal statement demonstrating motivation, determination, reliability and training goals, supported by coursework, projects or experience where available.
  • Parent/guardian involvement and role-specific safety and school-schedule review.

We seek shadowing and training opportunities across participating fields, subject to employer availability, age restrictions, confidentiality, patient safety and applicable licensing rules. No field or placement is guaranteed.

A separate youth pathway

The proposed questionnaire will ask about school/grade, interests, coursework and projects, availability, transport needs and parent/guardian contact through approved private onboarding. No work experience is required simply to express interest.

Jobs involving prohibited hazardous duties cannot be offered to minors. State rules may restrict hours even when federal rules allow more.

International high-school attendance does not itself create permission to work in the United States. Exchange and visa categories have different eligibility rules; the standard J-1 Summer Work Travel program is for qualifying post-secondary students, not a general high-school summer-job route.

How the program works · requirements, fees & safeguards

Your choice. A coordinated introduction.

Our planned private program gives approved Career Partners access to candidate-approved qualification summaries, and approved candidates access to reviewed opportunity summaries. Each summary uses a reference number and omits personal contact details and identifying company information. Full résumés, verification documents and immigration records are not browsing materials.

  1. Review the summaries available to your approved account.
  2. Send the candidate or opportunity reference to Team High Quality Services.
  3. THQS follows up with both sides and confirms interest and permission.
  4. Before THQS releases identifying details or coordinates an introduction, the Career Partner must sign the recruitment and fee agreement. The candidate must authorize the specific introduction.
  5. Confirm interviews, any written conditional offer, lawful work authorization and actual start through THQS. Selection of a summary is not itself a hire or visa approval.

Partner invoicing: Shopify Payments will be used initially for authorized partner invoices. Under the launch fee model, no candidate recruitment fee or upfront partner search fee applies; the agreed placement fee is invoiced after the actual start. Signed terms control the exact amount and due date. Billing and account-access workflow tests remain pending.

Content protection: access limits, redacted summaries, reference numbers and a confidentiality obligation will protect the browsing area. No technical measure can prevent screenshots or copying completely.

Mentoring today. Possibilities for tomorrow.

The planned high-school pathway serves ages 16–17 and requires a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale, or a reviewed equivalent, a school counselor’s participation-clearance letter, and signed parent or guardian consent. School, worksite, duty, schedule and safety requirements must be reviewed for each opportunity.

Students may request supervised internships, career shadowing, mentoring, summer or year-round learning in their chosen field. Career Partners may indicate whether they can mentor, offer age-appropriate opportunities, or fund a scholarship. Scholarship availability, amount, criteria, deadlines and selection process must be confirmed in writing; a 3.0 GPA does not guarantee an award, placement or admission. No scholarship sponsor or funding is confirmed yet.

Florida youth schedules: school comes first.

Ages 16–17, general Florida limits: during school weeks, usually no more than 30 work hours weekly. When school follows the next day, work cannot start before 6:30 a.m. or continue after 11 p.m.; the usual daily maximum is eight hours, with a Sunday/holiday exception. Work during school hours is generally restricted. For shifts of eight hours or more, a 30-minute meal interval is required before exceeding four continuous work hours. Statutory exemptions and properly documented waivers require individual review.

DBPR’s prescribed 30-hour waiver can permit up to 40 hours in a school week. Summer and non-school weeks have different limits. THQS will not assume a waiver or exemption; ordinary parent approval or a counselor letter is not automatically a statutory waiver. Hazardous-duty restrictions still apply, and another state or special industry may have different rules.

No minimum work hours are required by this summary. Partners must state the offered hourly rate, paid/unpaid status, actual days and shift times, expected and guaranteed weekly hours (if any), breaks, supervisor and program dates. Students and parents may request fewer hours and identify school, transport or family constraints. A preference is not an approved schedule; THQS, the partner, guardian and school must review the final written plan before placement. Calling work “mentoring” or “shadowing” does not remove applicable wage, safety or child-labor duties.

Checked October 18, 2026. Florida Statutes §450.081 · Florida DBPR guidance

Learning and support beyond high school.

College students and adult candidates may also request mentoring, supervised career exploration, summer or year-round opportunities, internships and scholarship consideration. Academic and sponsor-specific requirements will be stated for each opportunity. The high-school pathway retains its separate 3.0 GPA, counselor and guardian requirements.

Career Partners are welcome whether or not they sponsor immigration. For sponsorship opportunities, THQS will ask the partner to distinguish: when it will consider starting sponsorship; how long, if at all, the person must first work there; any proposed post-start service commitment; and who covers permitted expenses. An employer’s policy is different from government processing time. No fixed number of years or immigration outcome is promised.

Your own account. Your own information.

Choose your pathway below. When private registration opens, employers will submit a confidential company-verification and opportunity form, including the U.S. EIN (or applicable foreign business/tax registration identifier), legal business name, registration jurisdiction and number, business address and authorized representative; candidates will submit their own application and qualifications. THQS will review each submission before releasing a limited summary. Verified employers may express interest using a candidate reference number. Candidates may express interest using an opportunity reference number. Both requests go to THQS for follow-up and consent-based coordination. No direct messaging or access to the other party’s private account is provided.

Approved summaries will omit names, contact details, exact addresses, identifying company details and private documents. Candidate summaries may describe relevant education, skills and work experience; job summaries may describe duties, pay, general location, schedule and confirmed benefits. Raw résumés and uploaded files remain private. Any later introduction or disclosure requires appropriate authorization. THQS cannot guarantee that every organization will be unidentifiable from contextual clues.

Coming Soon: role-based account creation and private access are not open or verified yet. The page below is a public program preview, not access to anyone’s account.

Credentials reviewed. Opportunities confirmed.

Before a qualification is described as verified, THQS plans to record the candidate’s authorization and check the relevant record directly with the issuing school, examination body or licensing authority, or use an appropriate authorized verification service. U.S. and international records may require different procedures. Foreign-education evaluations must meet the receiving employer’s or licensing authority’s requirements; translations alone do not authenticate a document.

Review statuses will distinguish received, pending verification, source-confirmed, unable to verify, and clarification required. An uploaded document is not automatically verified. Discrepancies receive human review and an opportunity for clarification; no automatic accusation or hiring decision. Employers retain responsibility for their hiring, licensing and employment-verification duties.

Employers must explain task-specific language needs, whether limited English is acceptable, and what bilingual supervision, translated training or safety support they provide. Requirements depend on the duties and applicable professional standards; international applicants are not automatically excluded or approved based on nationality or an informal language score.

Coming Soon: these review procedures and private access must be configured and tested before launch.

A job offer is a starting point—not work authorization.

For candidates outside the United States, an offer may support a qualifying employment or training route. Most temporary worker visa categories require the prospective employer to file a petition and obtain approval before the candidate applies for a visa. Some routes have different procedures. A letter alone does not establish eligibility or guarantee a visa, entry or permission to start work.

For candidates already in the United States, the proposed work must be permitted by their existing authorization or an appropriately approved change or other authorization. A job offer alone does not create eligibility for a work permit. The correct route depends on the individual, position, employer and applicable category. THQS does not select a visa category or provide legal advice; qualified immigration counsel or an authorized representative should review the route.

Employers will be asked whether they can offer employment only, participate in an appropriate sponsorship process, or consider sponsorship after legal review, and who covers each permitted expense. These are separate commitments. No sponsorship or government outcome is promised.

Clear answers before you apply.

Does every opportunity offer green-card sponsorship?

No. Each verified opportunity will identify employment only, sponsorship consideration, or a confirmed employer sponsorship commitment. A willing employer does not establish immigration eligibility or guarantee government approval.

Who pays immigration, licensing and relocation expenses?

The written opportunity and agreement must identify each covered cost, payer, limit, timing and any conditions. Employer-paid immigration support is listed only when confirmed. THQS does not promise that all costs, dependants, housing or moving expenses are covered. Legally employer-payable costs cannot be shifted to candidates.

Must I work for two years before sponsorship begins?

There is no universal minimum employment period. Ask the partner whether consideration starts before hire, at hire, after a defined period or case by case. Employer policy, any lawful contractual commitment and government processing time are distinct. No fixed green-card completion date is promised.

Can I work while an immigration application is pending?

Only if you have authorization permitting that work. A job offer or pending permanent-residence case alone is not permission to work. Qualified immigration counsel should review the applicable route.

Do candidates pay THQS to find employment?

No. Candidate recruitment, referral and placement are free under this employer-funded model. No candidate subscription or recruitment deposit is required.

Can my spouse or children participate in immigration processing?

Some routes permit qualifying family members, but requirements, timing, work rights and costs differ. Inclusion or simultaneous approval is not promised. Obtain individual advice from qualified immigration counsel.

Do you guarantee employment, retention or a start date?

No. Partners make hiring decisions and candidates choose whether to accept. THQS does not guarantee duration, earnings, licensing, employment or immigration outcomes. Only signed service commitments apply.

How do you protect applications?

Private applications and original documents are kept separate from released summaries. THQS will obtain appropriate permission before releasing a reviewed summary or arranging an introduction. Access and upload checks must pass before registration opens. Do not email identity or immigration records.

Choose a pathway above to view its requirements and questionnaire. Registration remains Coming Soon.

Preparing your documents: U.S. and international candidates

These are planning checklists, not one universal immigration document list. Requirements depend on the role, licensing, actual work authorization and program. THQS references and school-letter requirements are program intake items, not universal government visa requirements.

Already in the United States
  • Career documents: relevant degree/certificates, transcript and grading scale, school letter, résumé, relevant experience and two non-family references.
  • State whether you are currently authorized to work for the proposed role, any known restrictions, and whether sponsorship may be needed now or later. A work permit does not establish job qualifications or permission for every position.
  • After a job offer, the employer completes Form I-9 using acceptable documents chosen by the employee. Do not require both a green card and a work permit, or demand a particular document. Citizens and other authorized workers may use other acceptable evidence.
  • SSN for payroll/E-Verify and applicable A-number or other identifiers belong in the appropriate private employer/legal process. An SSN alone is not proof of work authorization. Do not enter these numbers on a public interest form.
  • F-1 or other students need review of their specific authorization, school/DSO requirements, dates, hours and role restrictions; school enrollment alone is not work authorization.
  • Where the profession requires a license, verify the applicable state licensing and credential requirements separately.

Official Form I-9 instructions · DOJ document-choice guidance · Student employment guidance

Living outside the United States
  • Provide current country, education/program dates, relevant degree/certificates, transcripts, résumé, experience, references and role-specific licenses. Credential evaluations and translations may be requested for the particular role.
  • A verified employer or qualifying host/program and the appropriate immigration process must be identified first. A degree or job offer alone does not authorize U.S. work.
  • For many petition-based temporary worker visa applications: an approved employer petition, valid passport, DS-160 confirmation, required photo and fee receipt where applicable; follow the relevant embassy and category instructions. Exceptions and additional requirements vary.
  • For a J-1 internship: a designated sponsor evaluates eligibility, English ability, required insurance and training arrangements; DS-2019 and DS-7002 apply as required. The Intern category generally covers current foreign post-secondary students or graduates within 12 months of the program start, and prohibits medical patient care/contact.
  • Employment-based permanent immigration follows a different process and document list. Counsel and official consular instructions must identify the relevant civil records, medical examination and other case-specific items; these are not blanket initial-interest requirements.
  • Do not require a U.S. SSN, A-number, green card or U.S. work permit merely to express interest from abroad. Request identity documents only when the verified process needs them, through approved private access.

Choose the support your organization can offer. Not every expense applies to every opportunity. We confirm the scope and who pays before anyone commits.

For Career Partners and candidates: immigration-related costs are separate from THQS recruitment fees. Each opportunity must identify the following costs separately, who will pay them, any coverage limits, and when payment is due:

  • Government application or petition fees: amounts paid to the relevant agency.
  • Attorney or authorized representative fees: legal advice and representation, where separately engaged.
  • THQS document-preparation fees: separately requested, client-directed typing and document organization under a separate written scope and agreement. These are not government filing fees or legal representation.
  • Other expenses: translations, medical examinations, licensing, travel or relocation, where applicable.

A partner may cover all, some or none of the costs it is legally permitted to leave to the candidate. If the partner covers government fees but not separately requested THQS document services, the candidate may be responsible for the agreed THQS fee. If the partner does not cover a legally candidate-payable government fee, that fee may be the candidate’s responsibility. No automatic blanket transfer of unpaid costs applies.

Legal limits come first: costs that the law requires the employer to pay cannot be charged to or recovered from the candidate, including prohibited permanent labor-certification costs. Visa-specific fee and wage rules must be reviewed by qualified immigration counsel before payment responsibilities are finalized. Renaming a cost a preparation or filing fee does not change these rules.

Candidates do not pay THQS recruitment, referral or placement fees. Optional immigration document services are not a condition of being referred for a job, and do not buy sponsorship, work authorization or government approval. If there is no hiring partner, requesting separate document assistance does not create a sponsorship opportunity or immigration eligibility. Both parties must receive a written, itemized cost allocation before making a financial commitment.

A clear understanding before anyone commits.

No universal waiting period: there is no general rule requiring a student or worker to work for an employer for two years before the employer can begin green-card sponsorship. An employer’s policy is separate from immigration requirements. A suitable employer may pursue a process for prospective employment; qualified immigration counsel must review the specific case.

Many employment-based processes involve a permanent full-time position and labor certification. An internship or part-time job does not automatically become a green-card opportunity. Employer sponsorship does not itself authorize work, issue a visa or guarantee permanent residence.

Internship rules vary. In particular, the J-1 Intern category does not permit medical patient care or contact; nursing employment and qualifying educational placements must be evaluated separately. Unpaid internships require review under applicable labor rules.

THQS provides administrative coordination and candidate-directed document organization, not legal advice or representation. Employers make hiring decisions; government agencies decide immigration applications. No job, placement, sponsorship, housing benefit, tax deduction or immigration result is guaranteed.

Candidate-controlled introductions

Proposed employer view: a candidate ID and a staff-reviewed summary of relevant education, coursework, skills, work history and verified credential information. Each referral requires the candidate’s permission for that employer and purpose; the youth track will also require appropriate parent/guardian involvement.

Hide phone numbers, email, street address, Social Security and A-numbers, passport details, identity documents and private immigration records. Raw résumés, school letters and certificates may contain identifiers; review and redact them before any authorized release. No raw document is automatically shared.

Employers request an interview or further consideration through THQS using the candidate ID. THQS then contacts the candidate. No automated hiring or eligibility decisions are made by this page.

Coming Soon: these are the proposed privacy rules, not a live employer search or verified permission system.

Employment & Immigration Disclaimer

THQS facilitates potential introductions and administrative coordination between candidates and participating employers. We do not determine whether you qualify for a position, make hiring decisions, or guarantee an interview, internship or job offer. Each employer evaluates candidates against its lawful requirements and makes its own selection decisions.

As a candidate, provide truthful, complete information, prepare carefully and meet the education, experience, licensing, language and work-authorization requirements that apply to the opportunity. Participation in this program does not establish your eligibility for employment or immigration benefits.

THQS cannot issue or provide a visa, work permit, green card or other immigration status, and cannot guarantee approval, processing time, admission or permanent residence. The relevant government authorities in the country concerned make those decisions. Any employer sponsorship or financial support for visa expenses, housing or relocation must be separately confirmed in writing; none is promised by this page.

THQS does not provide legal advice or immigration representation. Any legal assessment must be handled by an appropriately authorized professional. This notice does not waive your legal rights or limit THQS’s responsibility for its own services under applicable law.

Coming Soon: employer partnerships and opportunities are still being verified; applications and private uploads are not open.
