How the proposed partnership works

Understand the goal. Agree the participant's career interests and appropriate next step. Seek a relevant host. Document the fit, requirements and learning objectives. Prepare and follow through. Coordinate approved introductions and agreed check-ins.

Hosts choose whom to consider; participants choose whether to accept. Program funding can support coordination, transport, training or participant support. Immigration sponsorship is a separate, optional employer decision subject to applicable requirements.

Partnership conversations are open. Private enrollment, automated access and controlled profile sharing remain under configuration and testing. These proposals invite discussion and do not guarantee a placement, funding, scholarship or immigration result.
