SCOPE & POLICIES

Florida base and worldwide online service

THQS is based in Florida and welcomes worldwide online inquiries for permitted nonlegal administrative services. A service agreement identifies the client location, receiving country, agency, exact task and fee before work starts. Services may be declined or limited where licensing, agency, privacy or consumer rules require it. No universal international preparer license or worldwide legal-compliance certification is claimed.

Embassy and consular transfer request assistance

We type complete client-supplied request text and organize client-selected documents only. We do not choose a consulate, advise on residence or nationality eligibility, draft legal arguments, make representations as legal counsel, or decide a case transfer. The client or an authorized legal representative handles legal decisions and required attestations. NVC and the receiving authorities control acceptance, timing and outcomes. Current U.S. immigrant visa rules generally use residence, nationality if requested, or designated processing posts, with limited exceptions.

Preparer identification and signatures

Where applicable, the actual preparer and interpreter must accurately complete the relevant identification, certification and signature sections under the current official form instructions. Applicants review all entries and personally make required certifications and signatures. THQS does not sign as the applicant, conceal preparation assistance, or use another person’s account credentials.

Professional fees

Professional service fees only. Government filing fees, biometrics, medical exams, translation, court costs, record retrieval, postage, courier fees, and other third-party expenses are separate unless stated in a written Client Service Agreement. The signed agreement controls scope and price. No fee guarantees a result.

Changes in scope, additional forms, extensive records, corrections or expedited work require written approval before additional work begins.

Payment

Payment is due under the signed Client Service Agreement and invoice. Work starts after the required agreement and payment or approved arrangement are complete.

Cancellations & refunds

Fees compensate THQS for time reserved and administrative services performed. Once work begins, fees earned for services already performed are non-refundable. Any refund, credit, cancellation charge or remaining balance is determined under the signed agreement and applicable law. Government or third-party charges already paid or incurred are non-refundable by THQS. No outcome or refund is guaranteed.

Website privacy and intake

Read the Privacy Policy and use Privacy choices for requests about your information. Provide sensitive service records only through the method assigned by THQS. The public inquiry and newsletter forms are not document-upload channels. Portal availability, permissions and payment readiness are confirmed separately before use.

Preparation checklists

Private checklists support the agreed administrative service and are not exhaustive filing instructions or an eligibility determination. The client or an authorized legal representative selects forms and supplies written instructions. Current agency instructions control. Use only the assigned secure intake method for sensitive documents. An account is not approved by sign-up alone.

Case Transfer Request Assistance

THQS may type client-supplied transfer-request wording and organize client-selected records within the agreed administrative scope. Receiving agencies or embassies decide eligibility, routing and acceptance. No transfer, location or result is guaranteed. Requirements differ by country and authority; authorized legal advice may be needed.

Subscriptions, registrations and third-party charges

Clients pay their own government filing fees, registration fees charged by public or private organizations, subscriptions and other third-party charges. These costs are separate from THQS professional fees unless the signed service schedule expressly includes a specific cost. THQS will identify known outside costs before work begins; agencies and providers set those charges.
