Privacy Policy
Effective October 16, 2026. This policy describes THQS Consulting & Services website inquiries and administrative services.
Information you provide
We receive contact information, consultation requests, service details, newsletter consent and information you choose to submit. Service-specific documents should be sent only through the intake method agreed with THQS. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive case files through public comments or general contact forms.
How information is used
We use information to respond to requests, coordinate consultations, provide agreed services, communicate about your work, manage records and address security or legal obligations. Newsletter enrollment is voluntary and you may unsubscribe.
Service providers and external links
Our storefront is hosted by Shopify. Payment, communications, scheduling and client-portal providers may process information when those services are used. Social networks, translation tools and external links have their own privacy practices. A link does not mean an integration is activated or tested.
Cookies and privacy preferences
The storefront may use cookies for essential functions and, where configured, analytics or advertising. Review the store’s available privacy controls and your browser settings. To ask about information use or request access, correction, deletion or applicable sale/sharing opt-outs, use Privacy choices. We assess requests under the laws applicable to you and may need to verify identity through an appropriate method.
Retention and security
Records are retained for the purposes of the agreed service, accounting, dispute handling and applicable obligations. Retention and deletion requests are reviewed against those needs. We aim to use appropriate safeguards; no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed secure.
