How candidate participation will work
- Review the THQS program and candidate orientation.
- Choose whether to apply and select one or more opportunity categories.
- Complete the secure candidate profile, including résumé, skills, education, location and availability.
- Provide applicable consent and guardian or school permissions where required.
- THQS reviews application completeness and approved employers may request an introduction through a consent-based process.
- Employers independently decide whom to interview, hire or sponsor.
Green card sponsorship: important information
Not every employer sponsors immigration cases, and sponsorship does not guarantee a job, immigration status or a green card. Eligibility, employment authorization, sponsorship category, costs and filing strategy require review by an immigration attorney or other authorized legal professional. Do not pay anyone for a promise of guaranteed sponsorship.
Candidate account and privacy
The planned candidate portal will display orientation completion, selected pathways, applications, interview requests, documents, calendar, to-do list and messages. Employers will not receive sensitive immigration records or personal contact details through public profile browsing. Standard candidate interest registration is intended to be free; optional services, if offered, will be disclosed separately.
Current status: Secure registration and private uploads are not open. Do not email Social Security numbers, A-numbers, passports or immigration records to express interest.
