THQS Pathways to Purpose & Opportunity is a developing career, education and mentorship initiative from Team High Quality Consulting & Business Services. We aim to connect candidates, employers, schools, families and mentors across healthcare, technology, business, education, skilled trades, arts and other fields.

Choose your pathway

Candidates

Explore future internship, employment, mentorship, scholarship and training opportunities. Approved qualifications and references may be shared with prospective partners only through appropriate permissions.

Employers and partners

Learn about candidate introductions, workplace opportunities, interview coordination, and employer-led hiring decisions. Hosting organizations will need appropriate workplace safety arrangements and insurance documentation for in-person placements.

Schools and counselors

Support student referrals, teacher and counselor recommendations, and authorized educational participation.

Parents and guardians

Learn about student participation, guardian authorization where required, accessibility and safeguarding.

How THQS introductions will work

1. Interested candidates and organizations register when applications open.
2. Approved profiles and opportunities are reviewed with appropriate privacy protections.
3. Either party requests an introduction through THQS.
4. Information is shared for a specific purpose with appropriate authorization.
5. Employers conduct interviews, screening and hiring decisions independently.

Privacy and safety

Candidate phone numbers, personal email addresses, home addresses, Social Security numbers, A-numbers and immigration records will not be displayed in general discovery profiles. THQS will not request Social Security numbers or A-numbers for ordinary career registration. Placements involving minors require additional safeguarding measures. THQS welcomes qualified candidates with disabilities and supports confidential accessibility requests.

Employer insurance and responsibilities

Before an in-person placement is approved, hosting organizations must provide evidence of appropriate commercial general liability insurance, workers' compensation where legally required or lawful exemption documentation, and additional coverage appropriate to the work. Employers are responsible for workplace supervision, applicable safety obligations, interviews, hiring decisions and lawful screening. THQS coordinates introductions and does not guarantee placements or outcomes.

Fees and program availability

THQS intends to offer free introductory program information and standard candidate registration. Any organization-sponsored or optional services will have separately disclosed fees and written agreements before purchase. Final program prices and contracts are under review.
