Review first. Sign. Then pay.
- Request your services. Share general business and role information; this creates no payment obligation.
- Review an itemized quote and agreement. Confirm compensation basis, responsibilities, third-party costs and deadlines.
- Sign the approved scope. THQS provides the applicable secure invoice/payment link after acceptance.
- Pay the agreed activation fee. Recruiting begins after agreement and payment; the credit appears on the first successful-hire invoice.
For hourly roles, annual base pay is the agreed hourly rate × agreed weekly hours × 52; exclude overtime, bonuses, benefits and reimbursements. State variable or seasonal hours in a custom quote. Activation is refundable before sourcing begins; after documented sourcing starts it is earned for that work, subject to law. No start means no success balance. Success invoices are due within 7 days. Other cancellation, replacement-search and service terms are supplied before signature.
Florida employment safeguards
Florida Statutes 448.09 and 448.095 govern relevant recruitment and employment-verification duties. Covered private employers with 25 or more employees must use E-Verify as required. I-9 and E-Verify must not be used to prescreen applicants; lawful, consistent and job-related hiring practices apply.
Background reports require separate disclosure, written authorization and applicable adverse-action procedures. Direct-deposit consent and banking details belong in the approved payroll provider system. Florida Statute 532.04 protects written authorization, choice of financial institution and refusal of direct deposit. THQS fees are not deducted from worker wages under this service agreement.
THQS does not become employer of record, a PEO or employee-leasing company through these options. Youth work, unpaid internships, agricultural recruiting, regulated screening and employment outside Florida require separate review. Legal and provider review remains required before activating restricted services.
Schools, universities and hospitals
Choose the program that fits your organization. A school referring students is not automatically billed as an employer. THQS coordination fees must be accepted by a named host, school or funding sponsor before work begins. Students pay no THQS application, referral or placement fee.
Employer pays the intern
THQS fee: written program quote. Educational internships are not automatically charged the standard direct-hire percentage. The quote sets the per-intern or cohort fee and included coordination.
The employer confirms lawful wages, hours, payroll, insurance and supervision. A stipend does not by itself satisfy minimum-wage duties or determine employment status.
Request a Paid Internship ProgramProposed unpaid learning
THQS fee: written coordination quote after program review. No automatic placement or percentage-of-salary charge.
Define educational objectives, coursework or credit where applicable, supervisor, duration and actual duties. Review legal status before approving unpaid participation. Credit, guardian consent or an unpaid agreement alone does not resolve wage obligations.
Request Educational Program ReviewObserve, explore and learn
THQS fee: written event or cohort quote. Agree scope, participant count, coordination time and funding source first.
Observation is distinct from productive work. Confirm supervision, permitted activities, safety and any patient or site permissions. No patient care, clinical access or handling of records is authorized by a referral.
Request Shadowing or MentoringTraining prices already available
General THQS introductory overview: free. Private employer orientation: $125 for up to 60 minutes and 10 attendees. Standard candidate readiness workshop: $35 per attendee, with a $175 session minimum. The institution or agreed sponsor pays. Customized teaching, clinical instruction, credentialing and accredited courses require a separate quote and qualified provider.
Choose the payer and responsibilities before enrollment
The school may coordinate referrals and academic requirements; the host manages site access, supervision and applicable employment duties; THQS performs only the agreed coordination. Name the payer, services, participant count, term, fee, cancellation terms and any approved screening costs in the program agreement. If no payer accepts the quote, THQS does not promise funded coordination or placement.
Required signatures
- Institution and host: authorized representatives sign the program scope and fee order; use a school-host affiliation agreement where required.
- Participant: signs the learning or assignment acknowledgment and applicable privacy and site policies.
- Under 18: the youth and verified parent/legal guardian complete their respective consent steps, with school approvals as required.
- Screening, I-9 and banking: use separate approved documents and secure provider processes where applicable. No blanket authorization is created by a webinar or program inquiry.
Hospital and youth safeguards
Hospital approval must cover actual age limits, department eligibility, credentials, occupational health, site-specific screening, patient privacy and infection-control requirements as applicable. Host clearance is not a THQS guarantee. Florida child-labor restrictions and federal protections continue to apply to minors. Public or nonprofit status does not automatically make every unpaid role lawful.
A direct-hire job remains subject to the direct-hire recruiting agreement even when the employer is a hospital or university. Educational program coordination has its own written quote. An internship becoming permanent employment needs an agreed conversion fee before any conversion charge; it is never automatic or retroactive.
