Employer & Partner Orientation

How the THQS partnership program works

THQS connects organizations with individuals exploring mentorship, job shadowing, internships, employment and, where appropriate, employer-sponsored immigration pathways. Employers make all hiring and sponsorship decisions; placements and immigration outcomes are not guaranteed.

Getting started

  1. Submit a partnership inquiry with your organization name, authorized contact and proposed opportunity.
  2. THQS reviews organizational details and discusses role descriptions, schedules, compensation and supervision.
  3. Review workplace safety, insurance, accessibility, confidentiality and legal obligations.
  4. Complete the applicable partnership agreement before any candidate placement or confidential information exchange.

Employer responsibilities

Employers are responsible for lawful recruitment, pay and working conditions, employment verification, supervision, insurance and safeguarding. Unpaid internships must satisfy applicable legal standards. Employer-sponsored immigration processes require independent qualified legal advice. THQS provides non-legal administrative support and does not provide legal advice or representation.

Partnership inquiry

Contact info@teamhighqualityservices.com. Do not send sensitive identity or immigration records by regular email. Secure application, e-signature and completion tracking are still being verified.

Employer services and clear pricing

Choose recruiting only, selected onboarding support or request managed administration. Review prices and responsibilities before requesting your itemized agreement.

School, university and hospital programs

A referring school is not automatically the employer or the payer. Before work begins, THQS, the host and any paying institution or sponsor must agree on the program, responsibilities and itemized fees.

  • Paid internships: employer-funded lawful compensation; THQS educational coordination separately quoted.
  • Proposed unpaid educational internships: review actual duties, learning objectives, supervision and duration. Academic credit, a stipend or a signed unpaid acknowledgment does not by itself establish lawful unpaid status.
  • Shadowing and mentoring: define observation, supervision, safety and permitted access. Productive work requires further employment review.
  • Training: free general overview; private orientation $125/session; standard readiness workshop $35/person with $175 minimum. Institution or agreed sponsor pays.

Signing and next steps

Authorized school/host representatives sign the scope, funding and responsibility order. Adult participants sign their own acknowledgment. For minors, obtain the youth acknowledgment and verified guardian consent, plus required school approvals. Background authorizations, employment verification, direct deposit and patient/site access use separate approved processes.

Hospitals must approve the department, age limits, screening, occupational health and patient privacy arrangements as applicable. THQS cannot grant clinical access. No service selection guarantees placement, wages, school credit, licensing or immigration results.

THQS team program coordination checklist

This public process guide contains no participant records. Staff must use the approved private workspace for signed documents and individual cases.

  1. Verify institution, host, authorized contacts, participant age group and actual program type.
  2. Name the THQS fee payer and confirm funding; no student placement fee and no automatic school invoice.
  3. Record each task owner, learning plan, duties, supervisor, duration, compensation and relevant safety reviews.
  4. Obtain signed institutional scope, fee order and school-host affiliation terms where required before service starts.
  5. Track participant acknowledgment, guardian consent where required, and policy versions. Give each signer a copy.
  6. Track host screening and site clearance using completion statuses only. Route sensitive records through approved providers.
  7. Check required approvals before any start. Record attendance and concerns without promising credit or employment.
  8. Send the public program link to the employer or institution when requested; never forward another participant's records or use a shared staff login.

Record owner, due date, completion date, signer and document version for every required item. Private portal assignments, permissions and signature automation still require configuration and testing.

Request an Orientation Invitation

Submit your information to request the next steps. THQS will review your inquiry and send orientation details when available. Registration does not guarantee placement, sponsorship, employment or portal access. Do not submit identity documents or sensitive personal records through this form.
